TadMeals started during COVID-19. While most people were attempting to keep a sourdough starter alive or panic-buying toilet paper, I was packing up my knives and favorite sauté pan and heading to friends’ homes to cook for our little pod. After many dinners, lots of experimenting, and by popular demand, a business idea was hatched and named by my friends: TadMeals was born.
I’m not a classically trained chef. I’m someone who has spent years perfecting techniques and learning how to turn everyday ingredients into something special. I’ve created many recipes, failed a few gloriously, refined many more, and figured out how to make cooking feel joyful instead of intimidating.
TadMeals are for anyone who wants to feel confident in the kitchen. I bring the tools, the ingredients, and the teaching. You bring your friends and your curiosity. Everyone participates. No one sits out and critiques while sipping a cocktail. You’ll try new techniques and recipes, and learn how to time your dishes so everything arrives at the table together. By the time dessert lands, you’ll be saying “I can totally do this” and already planning your next dinner party.
Cooking should feel welcoming and possible. And it should absolutely be fun. Let’s make something delicious.
